The Contract Life Cycle Management - What it Does?

  • Sequential CLCM monitors all your entered Contracts and provides timeous notifications on tasks and obligations to be performed.
  • Each contract can be set up and managed according to individual requirements.
  • The application allows settings for monthly, quarterly, half –yearly to full year on Measurements of Obligations and Tasks.
  • These can be adjusted to be measured by actual date to date or can be run from first day of month to last day of a selected month.
  • Set parameter notifications that advise how close a deadline is.
  • Store File Contracts or / and set up a file repository for all the available contracts and attachments.
  • View Real-time individual / Overall Contracts Status(es).

Setting Up a Contract

  • Add or modify a Contract by entering its Unique Information.
  • Add Company details and Active Contractors involved in the contract.
  • Keep a Repository of where the Contract and attachments are digitally kept.
  • Store up to 10 documents directly into the encrypted database. Any format file is supported. View these files directly on a click of a button.
  • Add most important clause text to most relevant clause type option :-
    • Choose from 19 different options such as Appointments and Duration, Breach and Termination, Cession, Change, Confidential and non- disclosure, Delivery etc.….
    • For service contracts, add service base and Offered services.

View Contract Status

  • View each contract status in the Contract Center :-
    • View the tasks Status.
      • Shows the Contract Priority Level.
      • Action - task information.
      • Created and Due period.
      • View an auto adjusting Days left view to quickly establish how soon the task is required to be actioned.
      • Process when task completed.
      • Delete from view when not required to be seen.
    • Obligations
      • This shows a live snapshot by contract as to when the due date is approaching:-
        • Shows all contracts.
        • Shows Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Annual requirement and indicates graphically due dates.
    • Contract Status
      • This only shows the Contract - End or Renewal Period by Contract.
      • Overall Status.
      • Contract Status Bar-Chart – Provides a real time Snapshot of Total Contracts that meet the following criteria:-
      • Total, Active, Expired, Terminated, Transfer, Dispute, Breech, In-active.
      • Pie Chart – Total Contacts that are in Primary, first Review or Second Review State.
      • Contract Delivery Status Bar-Chart Provides a real-time Snapshot of Total Contracts that meet the following criteria:-
      • Total, Active, Expired, Terminated, Transfer, Dispute, Breech, In-active.
      • Add Task Actions to Contracts.
      • Set start dates and Completion Dates and a Priority level.
    • View Reports
      • Print various reports or save to Word / Excel and PDF.
